Our lobby enhancements provide our customers and their guests with an invigorating entry experience into Riverside Centre through an extensive interior design program. The project was completed in 2016 and those upgrades include: improved lighting within the space, new contemporary furniture for increased comfort and aesthetics, and state-of-the-art Concierge desk fitted with a digital tenancy directory.
The plaza upgrade revitalised the natural surrounding outdoor environment, creating a green retreat for our customers and an active urban park for the wider community to create a more enjoyable experience for use from day through to night. The project was completed in 2016 and upgrades include: integrated planting and seating, provision of wayfinding signage, and an installation of contemporary after-hours lighting.
Riverside implemented a new Building Management Control System (BMCS), so both customers and tenants can enjoy a more pleasant environment within the building. The project was completed in 2016 and upgrades include: improved control and monitoring capabilities of temperature, ventilation, lighting, electrical and fire indicators, faster processing capabilities, greater reliability and reporting, and reduced risk of unauthorised access.
The lift modernisation project was a superior lift service within the tower that replaced the old lift hardware and software. The project was completed in 2017 and the upgrades include: destination control systems, power regeneration and performance monitors, reduction in life waiting times, increase in lift ride quality, and reduction in energy consumption.
